I’ve been on a One Direction kick recently, thanks to Harry Styles and Niall Horan being the sexiest men on the planet right now, and I am reminded every single day that 18 is such an amazingly beautiful song.

If you never had a One Direction phase, let me just say, I don’t think we can be friends. You just truly won’t understand how upset I am by the fact that I didn’t meet the love of my life at the age of 18, and therefore cannot use the song 18 by One Direction as my wedding song.

I’m big mad. This song is a musical MASTERPIECE.

That’s just beautiful. I shed a tear copying and pasting that. AND I CAN’T FUCKING USE THIS SONG AT MY WEDDING. God fucking damn it.

Never in my life would I have thought I’d be mad about not having a high school sweetheart, but when it directly inhibits my ability to use the greatest love song of all time as my first dance, it infuriates me.

From the gentle strums of the guitar to the beauty that is Harry Styles’s voice to the fucking amazing lyrics, this song is top tier. I mean, this is the type of song that reminds me why I was ever a One Direction stan in the first place. It just blows me out of the water. It’s no bullshit boyband song, its a genuinely beautiful love song and I want to listen to it every single day for the rest of my life. I probably will honestly. I’ll be a One Direction stan until the day I die, but that’s a blog for another day. Thanks for reading my crazy thoughts.
